The SKIMBOARD STAR skimboards for the year 2010 are manufactured using modern technology, they are made of special materials, which gives them excellent quality.
Every board consist of several layers of different materials:
- the bottom side of the board - High Pressure Laminate – the material, which guarantees rare strength for all scratches and extra usage surface tension of water;
- the inner layers – exotic wood of small mass per unit area. It’s usage has reduced the weight of the boards comparing to the last years models;
- the core of carbon fibre inserted between layers of wood is granting springinesses and endurances the board, which advantages easily you will appreciate during jumps and the ride on rails;
- the top side of the boards – American Black Walnut wood and Beechwood ensures the classical look in connection with the first surfboards.
Six sizes in which our boards are produced, ensures the best equipment adjustment to the users. Thanks to this, everyone can benefit from practising skimboarding.

All layers are pressed in the temperature of 110C under the pressure of 40 tones, using totally waterproof binder. Thickness and size are excellent adjustment of flexibility, endurance and the weight of the board for the weight of users. A high gloss of the board surface was achieved by using waterproof varnish, used for underwater parts of wooden yachts and boats.
Our technical knowledge and special machine park enable our products to get ideal replying of the size and shape, which at the same time, gives the users of the same size boards, a lot of benefits. We ensure that, there are not two boards of the same size, that differ in this area.
Profiled board bottoms make it universal freemove, which ensure a big progress of begginer riders skills. A suitable shape of the scoop enables a faster entrance into a slip, and also a longer maintanance. Rocker’s construction enables slipping in the switch strance, both in the shallow water and on funboxes. Thanks to using the soft rail edge, it’s easier to enter the wave and flatland obstacles from the side.
